Contracts Manager – Retail Fit-Out – Nationwide Location: Nationwide Salary / Rate: TBC Type: Permanent and Freelance Optio Resourcing is recruiting experienced Contracts Managers to oversee retail fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. We work with established retail contractors delivering for major UK retailers, supermarkets and high street brands. About the Projects The projects cover store refits, refurbishments, extensions, new store fit-outs and refrigeration works for major retailers. The work is fast-paced and often in live trading environments, with a mix of day and night works. The Role * Overseeing multiple retail projects across a region or nationally * Managing and supporting Project Managers and Site Managers * Taking responsibility for programme, cost, quality and health and safety across the portfolio * Building strong client relationships and driving repeat work * Supporting pre-construction, tender handovers and commercial reviews About You * Proven Contracts Manager experience in retail fit-out or refurbishment * Experience with major retailers or supermarkets, such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, M&S, ALDI or similar * Experience managing multiple projects and site teams at once * SMSTS, Black or Gold CSCS and First Aid * Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationwide What’s on Offer * Permanent and freelance opportunities * Competitive salary and package, or day rate * A strong pipeline of retail projects across the UK * Ongoing work with established contractors How to Apply Apply now or contact Simon at Optio Resourcing on (phone number removed)
