We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a Tesco Express fit-out project in Lancaster. This role includes site setup the week before the main works begin. We’re ideally looking for someone with previous Tesco or retail fit-out experience, as this will help with the pace, standards and expectations on site.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience managing retail fit-out or convenience store projects
- Strong understanding of Tesco processes, H&S and site protocols (preferred)
- Ability to manage trades, maintain programme and ensure compliance
- SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and relevant tickets
- Good communication and organisational skills
