Night Site Manager – Retail Construction Location: Clifton Way, Hinkley LE10 0XN Rate: £280 per night Type: Temporary / Contract, 5 nights (Monday 12th – Friday 16th October) Shift: Nights Optio Resourcing is looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to cover a short-term retail construction project for a well-established turnkey contractor. About the Business Our client manages construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish for major UK retailers. They keep design, construction, M&E and refrigeration in-house, so you'll be supported by an experienced team with tight control over programme and quality. The Role * Running the site on night shifts in a live retail environment * Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades * Keeping the site safe, including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily briefings * Making sure works are completed to programme and quality standards * Keeping site documentation, daily reports and progress photos up to date * Liaising with store management and the project team About You * Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on retail fit-out, refit or refurbishment projects * Experience working nights in live trading environments * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates (essential) * Available for the full 5 nights * Own transport What's on Offer * £280 per night * Immediate start on Monday 12th October * Future work with an established retail contractor Apply Apply now or contact Liv at Optio Resourcing on (phone number removed).
