A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and deliver fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland. This is a field-based role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisation and a proven track record within the fit-out sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with Contract Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard, while maintaining exceptional site safety and client satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
  • NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Construction Site Management
  • Proven background in fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Ability to work across the UK & Ireland as required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and sequence work
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • CSR / CSCS / SMSTS / Safe Pass
  • Ability to understand and deliver fast-track programmes
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors
  • First Aid and Fire Warden qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Quality-driven approach with a focus on detail and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrable track record within the construction/fit-out industry
