We're working with a leading retail fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail projects across Exeter and the surrounding area.
The Role
- Full project lifecycle management of retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes, from pre-start through to handover
- Managing programme, budget, quality and health and safety across multiple live projects
- Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and producing reports
- Overseeing variations, cost control and financial reporting alongside the commercial team
- Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations and company H&S procedures
The Candidate
- Proven Project Manager experience within retail fit-out, shopfitting or commercial interiors
- Strong track record of delivering live-environment and new-build store projects
- Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills
- Commercially aware, with experience managing project budgets
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
- Relevant degree or construction qualification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
The Package
- £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary
