Optio Resourcing is recruiting an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor working across the UK. This is a hybrid role – mainly desk-based, but you'll need to be comfortable travelling nationwide for site visits as required (not every day, but expect to be on the road most weeks).
Key responsibilities:
- Client-facing calls and relationship management
- Pulling together electrical designs
- Site setup documentation – RAMS, risk assessments
- Sourcing and managing tender inquiries
- Preparing and handing packages over to the Project Manager
What we're looking for:
- Strong electrical pre-construction/design background
- Confident, client-facing communicator
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams
- Willing and able to travel nationwide
Package:
- Self-employed to start: £280/day
- Employed route: circa £65,000 + car allowance (up to £71,000 depending on structure)
