Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering fast-paced retail projects? We’re working with a leading principal contractor who are looking to expand their team with a high-calibre professional capable of overseeing major national retail schemes.
The Role
- Managing multiple retail projects simultaneously across the UK
- Ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
- Leading project teams and coordinating with site management
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing health & safety compliance across all sites
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within large-scale retail construction
- Proven ability to manage multi-site programmes
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Black CSCS card or NVQ Level 6
- SMSTS qualification
- 3-Day First Aid certification
- M&S delivery experience is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
