A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at their Antrim head office, supporting a wide range of fast-track projects across the UK & ROI.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of small works, major refurbishments and new-build contracts, primarily within the Retail, Hospitality and Heritage sectors. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied project demands.
Essential Criteria- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as a contractor’s QS (fit-out experience preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness
- Advanced cost estimation and financial analysis skills
- In-depth understanding of construction contracts
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
