A leading construction and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This permanent, full-time role is based at their Antrim head office and will involve managing a diverse range of fast-track commercial construction projects across the UK & ROI, typically up to £2 million in value. This position is ideal for a driven, organised and quality-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident leading projects from concept through to completion.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with a main contracting construction company
  • CSR Black Card
  • Proven experience delivering fast-track construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience managing design & build projects
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people-management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Previous experience managing and leading project teams
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Quality-driven with a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction
  • Proven track record within the construction industry
