A leading construction and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This permanent, full-time role is based at their Antrim head office and will involve managing a diverse range of fast-track commercial construction projects across the UK & ROI, typically up to £2 million in value. This position is ideal for a driven, organised and quality-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident leading projects from concept through to completion.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in a construction-related discipline
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with a main contracting construction company
- CSR Black Card
- Proven experience delivering fast-track construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience managing design & build projects
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Previous experience managing and leading project teams
- Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Quality-driven with a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction
- Proven track record within the construction industry
