As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in securing and maintaining new business for Optimus and Landmark Information Group. Your primary responsibility will be generating survey sales from conveyancers and solicitors to meet agreed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive targeted sales growth by engaging new and existing conveyancer/solicitor accounts.
- Meet KPIs through proactive outbound sales calls with both new and existing accounts.
- Enhance user engagement and performance by providing support and account management.
- Foster strong relationships with conveyancers and solicitors through effective account management and client interaction.
- Secure initial instructions from new accounts.
- Maintain and update the business CRM systems, ensuring all activities are logged and documented.
- Conduct system/product presentations to offer clients a comprehensive overview of the Optimus portal.
About You:
To excel as a Business Development Executive, you should be a self-starter who preferably has knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing process. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid office/remote environment and adept at managing and prioritising your schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers.
- Understanding of the residential conveyancing market and house sales/purchase processes.
- A Level education or equivalent.
- Located within commuting distance of Bristol.
