At Optimus Search, we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our recruitment team, focusing on sourcing, nurturing, and supporting candidates for our established client base. This role is key to ensuring our clients are matched with top talent, and candidates are well-supported throughout their hiring process. Your fluency in German will be critical in ensuring effective communication with candidates in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and engage with high-quality candidates for roles within the tech industry, focusing on specific skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for a variety of tech roles, ensuring that you have a pool of top candidates ready for client requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared for client interactions. Provide interview coaching and feedback to help them succeed.
- Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, providing them with clear guidance on job roles, expectations, and market trends. Ensure the candidate experience is positive and seamless from first contact to placement.
- Offer Management: Work closely with candidates and clients to negotiate offers, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and expectations, all while ensuring a smooth transition into the new role.
- Consultative Advice: Provide tailored career advice to candidates, ensuring their aspirations and skill sets are matched with the right opportunities, while helping them navigate career choices.
- Collaborative Working: Partner with the recruitment team and clients to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, requirements, and expectations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of talent.
- Language Skills: Utilize your fluency in German to connect with candidates in the DACH region, conducting interviews, providing market insights, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
