Role Responsibilities- Headhunting and sourcing specialist candidates across Germany.
- Screening and interviewing candidates for high‑value roles.
- Managing candidates from first contact through to offer acceptance.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
- Working side‑by‑side with a top biller to drive results.
- 4‑week structured training programme led by an in‑house L&D Director.
- Clear progression path into full 360 recruitment or senior delivery roles.
- Learn directly from a high‑performing consultant.
- Hybrid flexibility with a central London office.
