As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in some of the world's most exciting industries. This is a 360 recruitment role, which means you'll be responsible for managing both client and candidate relationships - acting as the bridge between the two. From sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating deals and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, you'll be the expert that companies rely on to find their next great hire.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

£28k/£30k basic salary depending on experience, with £52,000 average first-year earnings and £80,000 in your second year. No one in the business who's been here more than 3 years earns less than £100,000.
