As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in some of the world’s most exciting industries. This is a 360 recruitment role, which means you’ll be responsible for managing both client and candidate relationships—acting as the bridge between the two. From sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating deals and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, you'll be the expert that companies rely on to find their next great hire.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
  • £28k/£30k basic salary depending on experience, with £52,000 average first-year earnings.
  • £80,000 in your second year.
  • No one in the business who's been here more than 3 years earns less than £100,000.
