We’re now looking for a fluent German-speaking Delivery Consultant to join our London team. This is a 180 role, working closely with one of our top billers to support their success in the German market — focusing on finding and placing exceptional candidates rather than generating new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with one of our top-performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high-profile German clients.
- Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in Germany.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
- Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
