About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business development within a specific territory or sector. You'll have the freedom to craft your strategy, the autonomy to execute independently, and the authority to make decisions that directly impact revenue and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Own Your Sales Strategy – Take the lead in creating a tailored sales strategy for your market, identifying key targets, setting clear goals, and executing initiatives that move the needle. Experiment with new ideas and approaches that could drive success.
- Prospect and Pursue High-Value Opportunities – Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities, targeting high-value clients and projects. Use your market knowledge and sales instincts to pinpoint and pursue the biggest opportunities.
- Build and Nurture Senior-Level Relationships – Work directly with key senior decision-makers, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships. Negotiate complex deals and deliver tailored solutions that meet both client and company objectives.
- Close Complex, High-Stakes Deals – Close deals that have a significant impact on revenue and growth. Address client pain points, demonstrate how Optimus Search can solve challenges, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
- Analyze Data to Drive Continuous Improvement – Use performance metrics to analyze progress and results. Identify improvement areas, refine approaches, and ensure you consistently hit targets. Be comfortable using data to guide decisions and enhance strategy effectiveness.
- Challenge and Innovate – Challenge existing processes and introduce new ways of winning. Reimagine outreach strategies or propose new sales approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
