We're now looking for a fluent German-speaking Delivery Consultant to join our London team, working directly alongside one of our top-billing consultants in the German tech market.
What is a 180 role?
No cold calling. No chasing clients. No business development pressure.
You focus entirely on what matters — finding and placing exceptional tech talent across Germany's Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors. It's the perfect entry point into recruitment if you're great with people, love a target, and want to learn the industry from the inside out.
Your day will involve:
- Headhunting and sourcing specialist candidates across Germany
- Screening and interviewing candidates for high-value roles
- Managing candidates from first contact through to offer acceptance
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage
- Working side‑by‑side with a top biller to drive real results
- OTE £30k–£45k with fully uncapped commission — no threshold
- 4-week structured training programme led by our in-house L&D Director
- Clear progression path into full 360 recruitment or senior delivery roles
- Learn directly from one of our highest-performing consultants
- Central London office — hybrid flexibility available
- 3pm Friday finish — every single week, no exceptions
