What You’ll Do

At Optimus Search, you won’t just have a job – you’ll be building your own business within ours from day one:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing top-tier candidates to winning new clients and making placements.
• Source, interview, and engage candidates using headhunting, networking, and market mapping techniques.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and build lasting professional relationships.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and smash sales targets.
