What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:
- Forge and cultivate valuable client relationships by excelling in the recruitment process.
- Sourcing, selecting, and screening candidates, overseeing the entire 360° recruitment cycle.
- Emphasise responsive candidate relationship management and attention to client mandates, ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in our award-winning Learning and Development training program, crafted by our expert in-house L&D team.
- Engage in business development by acquiring and nurturing client relationships, relentlessly seeking new growth opportunities in the market.
- Master talent acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Efficiently manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful completion.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, facilitate closures, and conduct post-placement follow-ups.
- Conduct market research by actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilising various databases and social media.
- Stay ahead with market intelligence by generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying abreast of market news.
- Consistently meet daily targets and KPIs.
