What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

  • Forge and cultivate valuable client relationships by excelling in the recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, and screening candidates, as well as overseeing the entire 360° recruitment cycle.
  • Emphasise responsive candidate relationship management and unwavering attention to client mandates, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Participate in our award-winning Learning and Development training program, crafted by our expert in-house L&D team.
  • Engage in business development by acquiring and nurturing client relationships, relentlessly seeking new growth opportunities in the market.
  • Master talent acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Efficiently manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful completion.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, facilitate closures, and conduct post-placement follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research by actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilising various databases and social media.
  • Stay ahead with market intelligence by generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying abreast of market news.
  • Consistently meet daily targets and KPIs.
