What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a key part in helping some of the most exciting technology companies in Germany build high-performing teams. You’ll be working under last year’s Top Biller, who continues to smash records, so there’s no shortage of live roles and clients ready to work with you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients across the German tech market to understand their hiring needs
- Headhunting and screening top-tier candidates for live vacancies
- Managing the candidate experience from initial contact to placement
- Supporting client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Earning commission on every successful placement – uncapped and transparent

- Fluent in German (written & spoken)
