German and Dutch Speaking Business Developers Required- London-Full Training – High Earning Potential – 1st year £50k-£60k OTE, 2nd Year £70k-£90k OTE, 3rd Year £100k Plus
Optimus Search is urgently looking for good business developers who speak fluent German and Dutch speakers to join a team that is working within the fast growing Cloud market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Build a deep understanding of the company\’s products and services
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish or German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successful business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech-related industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
