Optimus Search is seeking a talented German-speaking Business Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients across Germany and Austria, while also growing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Build a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
