We are now looking for a fluent German-speaking 180 Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with one of our top billers, focusing purely on candidate delivery and placements within the German market — no business development required.
The Role
- Partner directly with a top-performing consultant to deliver recruitment solutions for leading German clients
- Source and headhunt high-quality candidates across Digital, Data, and Life Sciences markets
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for live opportunities
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain a highly organised and proactive approach in a fast-paced recruitment environment
