Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-networked Business Development Manager with strong connections across Central London. The ideal candidate already has access to a client base of landlords, investors, developers, estate agencies, relocation companies, or UHNW individuals who may require premium property or concierge management services.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mayfair, offering both autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future growth of a fast-expanding luxury property brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new property management, luxury rental, and concierge clients
  • Tap into an existing Central London network to drive immediate business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop strategic partnerships with estate agents, developers, relocation firms, and advisory businesses
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends across Prime Central London
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and tailored service pitches
  • Work closely with internal operations teams to support seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Represent the Optimus London brand with professionalism, discretion, and excellence

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development within luxury property management, real estate, hospitality, or concierge services
  • Established contact base in Central London (essential)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and deliver persuasive pitches
  • Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across hybrid environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
