Your Role:
We are looking for a German-speaking 360 Life Sciences recruitment consultant to join our team and help us grow our presence in the Benelux market. You will manage the entire recruitment process from business development to candidate placement, building relationships with both clients and candidates. You will:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the Dutch-speaking Life Sciences market.
- Source and headhunt top talent, matching candidates with the right roles across the Benelux region.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, negotiations, and post-placement support.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner in their growth.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact Optimus Search’s success in the Benelux Life Sciences sector.
