What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:

• Making outbound sales calls to clients — new and existing — to promote Optimus Search as a trusted recruitment partner
• Attending client meetings and negotiating commercial terms
• Creating job adverts and engaging social content to attract top talent
• Actively headhunting candidates with niche skillsets
• Managing interview processes and delivering job offers
• Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

• £45,000 OTE in your first year , with top performers earning £230,000+
