What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales calls to clients — new and existing — to promote Optimus Search as a trusted recruitment partner
- Attending client meetings and negotiating commercial terms
- Creating job adverts and engaging social content to attract top talent
- Actively headhunting candidates with niche skillsets
- Managing interview processes and delivering job offers
- Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
