Following rapid growth across Life Sciences, we’re now looking for a fluent German, French, Spanish, or Dutch-speaking Delivery Consultant to join our London team.
This is a 180 recruitment role, partnering with one of our highest performers to support their success in the Life Sciences market. Your focus will be on sourcing and placing top talent — no cold business development required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with a top-billing consultant to deliver solutions to established, high-profile clients in Life Sciences.
- Interview and screen candidates to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Manage candidates throughout the full hiring cycle — from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Build long-lasting relationships and maintain strong engagement throughout the process.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
