Flexo Printer – Rotating Day Shift Location: Daventry Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 Shift: Rotating shifts, 6:00am – 1:00pm and 1:30pm – 9:15pm Permanent We’re recruiting an experienced Flexo Printer to join a well-established print manufacturing operation in Daventry. The Role Set up and operate flexographic printing presses Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain print quality and performance Ensure consistency across print runs, including registration, colour match and repeat length Identify and resolve printing issues Operate and assist with finishing equipment including die cutters, slitters and rewinders Support continuous improvement, including SMED and yield improvement Work closely with production and maintenance teams Follow all health
