What you’ll be doing

  • Setting up and running flexo presses to agreed specs and targets
  • Mounting plates, selecting anilox, mixing inks, matching colours
  • Keeping print runs consistent – registration, repeat length, colour match
  • Using finishing kit like slitters, die cutters and rewinders
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving to keep downtime low
  • Working closely with your team to drive improvements (SMED/5S)
  • Keeping everything safe, tidy and compliant

  • Proven Flexo Printer with packaging, labels or similar background
  • Able to work confidently on your own but happy in a team too
