UK Sales Director – Telecommunications & Network Infrastructure

The Role
We are seeking a strategic UK Sales Director to lead our client’s UK sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage sales budgets and targets.
- Oversee tender and bid processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear objectives and accountability.
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Support strategic decision-making and business planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have sales leadership experience with telecommunications or network infrastructure experience.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing a sales team to exceed targets.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive market.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ability to drive sales initiatives and develop business opportunities.
