Are you a proven Business Development Manager who enjoys winning new business, growing accounts and building proper long-term partnerships? We’re recruiting for a national, field-based BDM role within a well-established manufacturing business operating in the packaging and labelling space. Will need to touch visit Northants and Cardiff once a month. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy and strong earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business and developing key accounts
- Managing the full sales cycle end to end
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Identifying cross-sell and margin opportunities
- Working closely with production and customer service teams
- Managing pipeline and forecasts through Salesforce
- Travelling nationally across the UK & Ireland
What we’re looking for:
- Packaging or labelling industry experience required
- Proven BDM or Sales experience
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident relationship builder
- Self-motivated and organised
- CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
- Manufacturing, packaging or FMCG experience a bonus
