Key Responsibilities- Managing your own portfolio of clients with minimal Partner oversight
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Leading client meetings, including onboarding and review meetings
- Reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
- Reviewing corporate and personal tax returns
- Supporting routine tax planning work
- Ensuring all work is delivered accurately and within deadlines
- Managing workflow across your portfolio and overseeing team delivery
- Delegating and reviewing work to support junior team members
- Identifying opportunities for additional work with existing clients
- Providing commercially focused support to clients
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience within an accountancy practice
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Confident reviewing work and managing client relationships
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
