We take a no–nonsense, practical approach in everything we do for companies in Lincolnshire and across the UK.

Day to Day activities:

  • Managing and representing a portfolio of clients predominantly in Lincolnshire
  • Carrying out health and safety audits/ premises inspections
  • Producing health and safety documentation bespoke to clients
  • Producing and reviewing safe systems of work
  • Assisting clients with safety accreditation applications
  • Carrying out health and safety training courses – if qualified
  • Carrying out accident investigations
  • If experienced with Fire Safety, undertaking low risk fire risk assessments

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • NEBOSH National Diploma or Equivalent
  • National General Certificate in Health and Safety
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or Equivalent
  • Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment (RQF Level)
  • Demonstrable practical experience providing dedicated health and safety advisor/consultancy services
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage your own client portfolio
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills and good knowledge of Office programs: Outlook and Excel

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be working in a health and safety role, preferably with experience working as an advisor
  • Have experience from an engineering/manufacturing background
  • Is confident, passionate and knowledgeable in their subject area
  • Has high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has the gravitas and confidence to influence and advise others internally and externally
  • Is a car driver, willing and able to travel

Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK (no Visa sponsorships/extensions).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 per year dependent on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
