As an experienced Glazing Technician, you will take on advanced glazing tasks, support colleagues, and help deliver the exceptional quality we are known for. What You Will Do
- Complete advanced glazing, edging, and finishing with accuracy and pride.
- Operate, maintain, and confidently work with glazing equipment - MEI experience highly desirable but not essential.
- Tackle specialist, complex work (rimless, wrap, drill-mounted, high-curve) with skill and confidence.
- Lead by example in quality control and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep production efficient, positive, and collaborative.
- Bring ideas, creativity, and energy to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Help maintain the fun, friendly culture that makes Optimum RX such a great place to work.
Who You Are
- Experienced in ophthalmic glazing with excellent technical skills.
- Positive, approachable, and a team player.
- Excited by innovation and new ways of working.
- Comfortable with glazing machinery - MEI experience is a big plus.
- Someone who enjoys a supportive, upbeat workplace.
