Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively for an SME business based in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager. You must be qualified with good PQE and ideally some commercial finance experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Coaching and managing direct reports
- Being a proactive member of the Senior Management Team, providing advice, analysis and insight to the SMT, to achieve our growth plans and budgets.
- Manage the finance function ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time:
- The preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Update weekly production revenue plan and forecast
- Prepare annual budgets
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of updating financial records
- Providing accurate information for the processing of payroll and create templates to calculate commissions payments
- Ensure all suppliers are paid promptly
- Complete VAT and other company returns
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts
