Optimum Recruit are currently looking for Shift Managers based in Newton Aycliffe to join a large, fast-paced manufacturing client. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a complex production environment. Champion LEAN improvements and actively develop a 5S culture to maintain workplace standards. Job Details Contractural hours: 37 hours a week. Additional hours and shifts required to suit the needs of the business (Rotating Shift Pattern) Dayshift 07.00 – 15.00 Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 14.30 Friday Backshift 15.00 – 23.00 Monday to Thursday 14.30 – 22.00 Friday Paying up to £47K per annum Qualifications Qualified or willing to progress to a Supervisory Management and Business Improvement National Qualification
