We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Tutor to join our client\’s existing team on a permanent basis. As a Business Tutor you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting learners across many contracts; Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Funded Short Courses, and Skills Bootcamp. This role will combine teaching capabilities with strong subject knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality education and support to learners across various business disciplines. Qualifications, Competence & Behaviours * Possess appropriate vocational qualifications and/or competency in a number of subject specialisms such as management, admin, lean, customer service, digital skills etc. * Hold relevant teaching qualifications e.g. PTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed etc. * Hold relevant assessing qualifications e.g. CAVA. * Level 2 Functional Skills (English, Maths and ICT) or equivalent * Proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office programmes. * Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of training and/or assessing in an educational or workplace environment. * Good understanding of DfE funding rules, EPA requirements, ASF compliance etc. * Prior exposure to Ofsted and/or quality assurance processes. * Be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. * Demonstrate behaviour consistent with Company Values. * Be committed to continuous professional development. * Share a current/be willing to undertake a DBS Enhanced Disclosure check. * Share references which are satisfactory to the Company. * Car user essential due to travel Permanent role for the right candidate
