The predicted salary is between 22050 - 26950 £ per year.

Our internationally recognised research company, Optimum Patient Care (OPC), is looking for a Legal Assistant to support our Commercial and Legal team with business development, projects and legal activities.

This role will be full time (or close to full time) based in our office in Tombland, Norwich.

We offer a hybrid working pattern consisting of Mon/Wed/Fri worked in office and Tue/Thu worked from home.

Hours can be individually agreed to your preferred working pattern.

This role would suit experienced administrators or legal secretaries looking to make an impact by supporting business goals or graduates looking for a first step into a legal focused role.

Primary responsibilities

Administrative support to the Legal Counsel and the broader commercial team, including, but not limited to:

  • Agendas, action / decision logs and minutes from internal and external meetings
  • Management of the client access logs and storage of agreements and contracts
  • Management of internal commercial reporting systems (CRM, pipeline tracking etc.)
  • First point of contact for inbound enquiries
  • Drafting and amending contracts and legal documentation
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Coordination of OPC UK commercial and legal documentation
  • Organise commercial and legal documentation on Share Point

Experience

  • 1) At least one year’s Administrative experience.
  • 2) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
  • 3) Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
  • 4) Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work-loads.
  • 5) Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
  • 6) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the UK healthcare structure (NHS)
  • Experience working within commercial/legal environment
