Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing new ideas to life — from early exploration and supplier engagement through to development, delivery, and post-launch support. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same, and your contribution will directly influence the quality of care people receive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting early-stage supplier discussions and supporting sourcing activities
  • Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships
  • Assisting with project scheduling, planning, and design control
  • Managing deadlines and driving solutions to keep projects on track
  • Coordinating project meetings and keeping stakeholders aligned with clear actions and updates
  • Maintaining thorough project documentation and presenting progress reports
  • Identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies
  • Supporting quality assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring financial control
  • Contributing to any additional tasks that support the team’s success

Why This Role Matters

Every project you lead has the potential to improve patient outcomes and enhance the lives of caregivers. Your work will directly influence the development of products that make a real difference in healthcare settings.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excited by the idea of seeing projects through from concept to launch

Why Join Us?

We’re proud to offer a people-first benefits package designed to support your growth, wellbeing, and life outside of work. When you join us, you’ll enjoy:

  • £40,000 - £50,000 FTE depending on experience
  • A comprehensive induction followed by ongoing training and development
  • Regular performance and pay reviews to recognise your progress
  • Clear pathways to grow your career with us
  • Opportunity to earn up to £4,000 per year through our companywide bonus scheme
  • Life Assurance at 3× your salary
  • Royal London Pension Scheme, with increased employer contributions the longer you’re with us
  • £25 birthday voucher
  • 27 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days
  • Additional holiday for every year of service after year three, up to 30 days total
  • Extra day off when moving house (once per year)
  • Healthshield Cash Plan offering cashback on everyday healthcare costs
  • 24/7 GP Anytime service and a confidential Employee Assistance Programme
  • Access to trained Mental Health First Aiders
  • Two paid volunteer/charity days each year
  • A vibrant, values-led culture with regular social events and a strong sense of community

If you’re ready to take ownership, drive meaningful projects, and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of patient care, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us make a difference.
