Optimum Care Group at Aughnacloy House, Lurgan, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor on a full-time basis.

You will work 3 x 12 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm, 36 hours per week, with annual leave pro rata.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of food provision, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.

You will coordinate duties, supervise staff, ensure safety, and support residents with dietary needs while contributing to menu planning and cost control.
