Optimum Care Group is seeking a Full Time Catering Assistant to support the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and cooking meals for elderly residents.

The role runs 36 hours per week across 3 x 12-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, with a focus on hygiene, record-keeping, and team collaboration.

Essential criteria include at least 1 year kitchen experience and basic food hygiene; desirable experience in hospital or nursing home settings.
