You will support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, medication support and practical assistance.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with guaranteed hours and a competitive pay rate of £13.83 per hour.

Essential Criteria

  • Full driver’s licence with access to a car and car insurance for business use
  • Desire to care for people in their own homes
  • A mobile phone

Your Role

  • Provide personal care in clients’ homes (washing, dressing/undressing)
  • Prepare snacks and refreshments
  • Prompt or administer medication
  • Use approved equipment (hoists, slide sheets) for safe assistance
  • Offer practical support (light cleaning, shopping, laundry)
  • Promote clients’ independence, choice, rights and dignity
  • Shift Patterns
  • Day Shift: 7am – 6pm
  • Evening Shift: 6pm – 11pm
  • Available for weekday and weekend shifts – you must be able to work full shifts
