Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high standard of service is being delivered and all statutory requirements are met.
- Report any client care issues relating to health and safety and assist with resolution.
- Provide care to clients when required.
- Train and develop staff, including supporting new staff to complete probation and encouraging career development.
- Liaise with clients and families and attend client reviews as required.
- Monitor the required standard of care being delivered in the community.
- Perform rotational on‑call duty when the office is closed, including bank holidays.
- Complete records to the required standard.
- Cover office duties when required.
- Attend weekly update meetings with the Co‑ordinator.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and legislative guidelines.
- Maintain NISCC registration.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year of current domiciliary care experience.
- Enhanced Access NI clearance.
- Full driver’s licence and access to an insured car for business use.
- Mobile phone.
- Must live within 10 miles of Head Office for on‑call obligations.
- NISCC registered.
- Availability during business hours (approx. 7 am‑11 pm).
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 in Care.
- Supervisory experience.
- ICT proficiency.
