Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take on a regional role supporting our homecare (domiciliary) services across the North West and Yorkshire. You’ll provide leadership, stability and quality oversight across multiple branches, ensuring services remain compliant, safe and consistently delivering high standards of care. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving and supporting teams to be their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing leadership and operational support across multiple branches.
  • Stepping in as interim Registered Manager during absence, vacancies or instability.
  • Supporting services at risk of falling below CQC standards and helping drive improvement.
  • Leading or assisting with improvement plans, audits and quality checks.
  • Helping services move from “Good” toward “Outstanding.”
  • Supporting the integration of newly acquired services.
  • Responding to incidents or service pressures and helping stabilise services.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing branch teams.
  • Building positive relationships with local authorities, commissioners and safeguarding teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Registered Manager within home care/domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements and UK care legislation.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or working in a mobile/regional capacity.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable travelling across the North West and Yorkshire.

Desirable: experience with turnaround services, acquisitions, integration or coaching.
