This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized, award-winning SaaS company during a period of rapid international growth. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how Optiml turns customer proof, product value, and feature updates into clear, credible, visually strong materials that help our buyers, partners, and internal teams understand the product faster.
You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and PR/Communications. Your role is not to own the broader campaign engine; it is to make Optiml's product tangible through case studies, testimonials, product visuals, workflow explainers, proof assets, and reusable product-value communication.
A core requirement of this role is very strong practical experience applying AI tools across the full workflow â from research synthesis and drafting to image generation, deck building, asset repurposing, and workflow automation â while maintaining strong human judgment, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.
Optiml is revolutionizing real estate with our Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) softwareâa new class of decision technology that embeds AI to help decarbonize buildings while optimizing asset financial performance. We are an ETH Zurich spin-off that launched our first product in April 2024 and are now scaling across Europe and the US. We recently raised an oversubscribed âŹ8M Seed round to accelerate our growth, supported by leading VCs such as KOMPAS, Planet A Ventures, Innovation Endeavors, BitStone Capital, and The Bau Ventures, along with leading angels.
Built on more than a decade of research and proprietary IP, our platform enables institutional investors, owners, and asset managers to make underwritable, forwardâlooking decisions across the full asset lifecycle â from acquisition to exit â replacing static, backwardâlooking reports with actionable intelligence. Trusted by leading organizations across Europe and beyond, Optiml supports capital allocation decisions that balance key financial, regulatory, and sustainable considerations under realâworld constraints.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy Inputs & Reference Readiness: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of referenceâready customers, lighthouse accounts, use cases, and quotes in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership. Identify the strongest customer stories and organize them by workflow, segment, product proof, and credibility strength so they can be reused across commercial moments.
- Case Studies, Testimonials & Customer Proof Assets: Own the creation of customerâfacing case studies, testimonials, quote cards, before/after narratives, short customer videos, and proof snippets. Turn messy raw material from customer calls, project outcomes, internal notes, and presentations into polished, commercially useful storytelling assets.
- Product Proof, Visual Explanation & Asset Creation: Own the creation of product oneâpagers, workflow diagrams, annotated screenshots, explainer graphics, modular slides, short videos, and other commercial assets that make complex product value easy to understand.
- Product Update / Launch Asset Packages: Own the asset package behind feature updates and selected product launches, including screenshots, explainer slides, visual release assets, "what changed / why it matters" summaries, and reusable internal support materials.
- Sales Enablement & ProductâContent Support: Own the productâspecific layer of sales enablement and external support materials, including decks, proof packs, workflow explainers, website productâcontent inputs, and visual leaveâbehinds for enterprise and multiâstakeholder sales motions.
Requirements:
- 3â5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Marketing, or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Real Estate, Architecture, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to turn complex products, workflows, or technical concepts into simple, credible, commercially useful narratives and visual assets.
- Strong track record creating case studies, testimonials, decks, product oneâpagers, workflow visuals, and other reusable proof materials.
- Exceptional visual communication skills with high fluency in PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, and lightweight video, motion, or imageâgeneration workflows.
- Very strong practical experience applying AI tools across dayâtoâday work, including research synthesis, drafting, image generation, storyboard creation, deck building, screenshot annotation, content repurposing, and workflow automation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholderâmanagement skills, with the ability to source inputs from Product, Sales, Customer Success, founders, and customers and turn them into shipped assets.
- Strong editorial judgment: able to simplify without oversimplifying, and to maintain factual accuracy, trust, and brand consistency.
- Strong preference for real estate experience; adjacent complex B2B domains such as climate tech, fintech, infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise workflow software are also relevant.
- A strong commercial instinct and genuine curiosity for AI, sustainability, finance, real estate, and decisionâmaking workflows.
Benefits:
- Impact: Play a critical role in scaling a company transforming how real estate decarbonizes.
- Ownership: Build and own the operational backbone of a fastâgrowing startup.
- Growth: Work closely with an exceptional leadership team and gain exposure to all company functions.
- Culture: Join a missionâdriven, highâperformance, and collaborative team.
- Benefits: Competitive salary, equity options, learning budget (CHF 1k), and additional insurance support. 25 days paid vacation.
