Optimizely is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the GTM Enablement function across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success.

You will own the tech stack, drive content governance, and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate ramp and performance.

You will partner with Product, PMM, and Strategy to translate launches into field-ready enablement, and establish a cadence for field programs, certifications, and ongoing coaching to improve time‑to‑value and revenue outcomes.
