Responsibilities
- Technical Project Management and Leadership: Translate business and technical requirements into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables. - Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Slack, Missive, Airtable, and other collaboration platforms. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both synchronous and asynchronous environments.
- Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence: Champion quality throughout project execution, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and technical standards. Qualifications
- 2 or more years of technical project management experience, ideally in SaaS implementations, software consulting, or systems integration.
- Experience managing client-facing technical projects from scoping through delivery.
- Strong understanding of Airtable’s capabilities, including data modeling, automations, and interface design, or eagerness to quickly become an Airtable expert.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
