As we continue to experience rapid growth, we’re looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about sales and eager to help clients unlock the power of Airtable.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for clients, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls to gain a deep understanding of clients’ operational challenges and goals.
  • Present Airtable capabilities and position Optimize IS solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Develop tailored proposals, demos, and Statements of Work in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Airtable’s partner team.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Stay current on Airtable updates, industry trends, and best practices in no-code solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Airtable as an end-user and builder is required.
  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology consulting sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including procurement, stakeholder management, and navigating complex decision-making.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage executives and technical audiences alike.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and eager to earn based on performance.
